Hidden tang small chef knife made from AEB-L stainless steel, cryo treated in liquid nitrogen and hardened to 62 hrc.
The blade has an s-grind, which are the concave sections ground into the blade. This dramatically improves food release and reduces the suface friction while cutting. The s-grind combined with an extremely fine sharp edge will give outstanding performance in the kitchen.
The handle is made from burnt and burnished ash, heirloom fit to a black g10 ferrule and comes with a matching saya.
