180mm Fillet N690 G10

185mm fillet knife made from N690 stainless steel.
Austrian made Böhler N690 stainless is a high quality, well balanced cutlery stainless with excellent edge-holding, stain resistance, and toughness.
This blade as had a double temper with cryo cycles in liquid nitrogen to get the best from it, and has been hardened to 61 rockwell.
Has a synthetic G10 hanlde and comes with a kydex sheath.

The blade has medium flex.
